Registration
Registration for all Application Forums opens on 1 May 2025.
How to Register
Each organization can submit registration requests by emailing a completed copy of our 2025 Application Forum Registration Form and emailing it to AppForumsEurope@epic.com.
Be sure to provide the attendees’ names, roles, and emails when submitting the request.
If any changes are needed, send us an email and we’ll work with you to update.
Registration Window
Registration for all of the Application Forums will close the Friday three weeks prior to the forum date. After this date, we will process any waiting list requests.
Two-Person Limit
To ensure we have space for all organizations, we limit each organization to two attendees. Please refer to the “Recommended Roles” below to help guide you on the attendee selection for your organization.
Presenters and customer co-hosts do not count toward this limit.
Any requests beyond this will be put on the waiting list until registration is closed for that forum.
Waiting List
You are welcome to submit further requests for registration beyond your two-person limit, and we will put those requests on a waiting list. After registration is closed, we will approve waiting list requests on a first-come-first-serve basis until we are at full capacity for the forum.
Recommended Roles
To ensure attendees get as much value from the forums as possible, we recommend attendees come from a role that works on, or with, the build teams. Forum topics focus on technical challenges in the system and highlight ways that organizations have overcome those challenges. The topics are presented in a way that can be replicated by peers.
Below, we have outlined the recommended attendee roles for each forum. We recommend that your organization select a single point person that works with your teams to send attendees that align with these roles.
